Max-Planck-Foundation Jan Schnorr
Jan Schnorr has been working as a consultant for Startup Scouting for the Max Planck Foundation since 2020.

He co-founded a deep technology startup based on research during his PhD at MIT and built the company over 5 years as CTO and CEO respectively. Since early 2019, he has been advising other startups and founders on strategy, funding, team building, and technology development.

He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, USA and a Diploma in Chemistry from Goethe University Frankfurt. Between his diploma and PhD, he did research at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz.

Mark Möbius
Mark Möbius has been working for the Max Planck Foundation as a technology scout since 2020.

He has 20 years of experience with technology-based spin-offs from science. In addition to leading activities in university incubators and in corporate spin-offs, he has experience as a founder, coach, trainer and consultant of both start-ups and large German companies.

He holds an MBA in Innovation and Business Creation from TU-Munich and a degree in Media Studies from Bauhaus-Uni Weimar.

Mark Möbius has been working for the Max Planck Foundation as a technology scout since 2020.

He has 20 years of experience with technology-based spin-offs from science. In addition to leading activities in university incubators and in corporate spin-offs, he has experience as a founder, coach, trainer and consultant of both start-ups and large German companies.

He holds an MBA in Innovation and Business Creation from TU-Munich and a degree in Media Studies from Bauhaus-Uni Weimar.

Isabel Schulze
Isabel Schulze has been working as a Technology Scout for the Max Planck Foundation since 2021.
Since 2018, she has been advising potential start-ups and SMEs in the areas of technical and business model validation of innovative products, the generation of public funding, team building and management, and partner acquisition.
In addition to various further training courses on all aspects of the start-up process, she is a Certified Project Manager of the IAPM and in the area of agile project management.
In addition to her work for the foundation, she manages FOUNDress, a project to promote start-ups by women in Saxony, and is doing her doctorate in the field of business model innovations for trend technologies.

He knows how to build a company from the ground up as the founder of his own start-ups.

Andreas Reiser studied mechanical engineering in Hamburg and industrial engineering in Karlsruhe.
